Still a little confused about what mindfulness is?
There are so many articles and books out there on what mindfulness is and how to practice it. I have discussed on previous articles different ways that we may choose to practice mindfulness to bring it into our everyday life. However, some people still find it difficult to grasp exactly what it is and how to do it.
By pure chance I found a short video on YouTube that may help explain it to you in a sweet and clear way.
I hope this helps in understanding what mindfulness is. Later I will post books and other articles that may help with not become your emotions so much. This will in turn provide better decision-making, a greater understanding of those around you and a lot less stress in daily life.
Although this is not a cure all and life won’t be full of rainbows and sparkles, practicing mindfulness can make it a whole lot more enjoyable. Hope this helps and remember just breathing can help enormously.
